Story

It is a sad fact that less and less children are being granted opportunities to play and learn in the great outdoors. Time poor parents, safety fears and a lack of natural play spaces has fuelled this epidemic.

There is a solution! Eco Ed Forest School is a sole trading social enterprise based in Oldham, Greater Manchester with the determined purpose of reconnecting communities with the natural world through the Forest School approach.

Forest School is a child led learning approach based in the outdoors that is proven by research to develop a persons inter and intra personal skills, understanding of how to mange risk and instilling a love for nature.

Through your kind donations we will be able to continue our work with children across the Oldham borough to enhance their ability to learn and develop well rounded individuals.
