Unfortunately there are those that get in distress and need help from local services many of them charities.

Over the 26-27th of September 2026 I shall be attempting to run 100 miles in Cornwall. Starting in Looe, heading north to Boscastle, picking up the coastal path to Padstow, heading south to Fowey before the coast path back to Looe. The constraints I have are doing it in 39 hours, 13 support stops and 2 river crossings!
