Story

We adopted Eddie about 5 months ago, she was in foster care as she had previously been used for breeding by her owners so that they could sell her kittens. Eddie was initially found as a stray, pregnant and with a cancerous tumour on her stomach and had to to have surgery to remove the tumour, to terminate the pregnancy and to spay her. She had the okay by the vet when we took her on but we have recently found another lump which could be the cancer returning. The vet has said that Eddie is otherwise healthy apart from this lump and it could be due to the over-breeding by her previous owners that she is suffering from mammary masses, 85% of which are cancerous. We need help with the costs of the surgery to remove Eddie's lump, she is just the sweetest girl and to see her going through this is just heartbreaking.
