Story

Hello everyone.

My name is Edgar Algacian, I am 21 years and I am from Lithuania. I was recently offered a place to study at Norwich university of arts for studying Ba(Hons) Games art and Design.

I have been interested in art since I was fourteen. My first drawing has surpassed all my expectations, and it gave me motivation to go further and continue my work. I am really motivated to study Games art and design and I am sure that the study can help me develop my skills.

My dream is to become a professional in this field and to be part of game industry.

First time when I received an offer from UK university was 2 years ago. Unfortunately, due to my financial difficulties and small salary I was not able to move to UK and start my course. So I lost my chance.

It was and it is still my dream. So I haven't given up.. During these 2 years I have completed manicure and pedicure training, to be able to work as a self-employed nail artist in the UK. That is the only way for me to provide some form of living for myself while studying in UK. I have also taken the IELTS English exam. Basically, everything I needed in order to not waste a second chance for getting education in the field I love most, and now I have the same problem - finances . I need £10,000 to move to UK and at the moment I only have £2,000 whereas I need to move to UK by the end of August.

Please help me to reach £8,000.

All money will go towards living costs of first 2 months, a good laptop is needed for studying, as well as I will be able to cover my rent and deposit. In order to support myself fully by the end of the year, I am going to start off as a nail artist in the new country, but the costs of the equipment is too big for me to handle all at once.

Any help will be really appreciated as I am determined to follow my dream towards creating beautiful things.

Thank you for your attention.
