I've raised £1500 to support two fantastic causes in memory of Cameron Tyler who sadly passed away from meningitis.

On Tuesday 23rd May 2017 Cameron Tyler sadly passed away from meningitis. He was just 10 years old.
Cameron was part of my class at Penygelli School in Wrexham, North Wales, and was an active and determined young man who loved a joke and a laugh. He was a huge football fan and enjoyed playing both in and out of school.
I wanted to help raise some money in his name and in a way that would reflect his character, something requiring grit and determination. Along with a fellow teacher from school, Aled Wyatt, we are planning to walk each of the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in less than 24 hours wearing West Ham shirts. This was Cameron's team and we hope to be photographed at the top of each mountain in the shirts. I think he would like that.
The money that we raise will be split equally in two.
Half of it will be put towards the cost of creating a permanent memorial to Cameron at Penygelli School.
The other half will go to Meningitis Now, a charity that help support and fund research into meningitis and also raise awareness of the infection.
Myself and Aled hope you can help us reach our target. Thank you.
