Exercise is the elixir of life. The evidence for the physical and mental health benefits is overwhelming, and setting up the right habits whilst at school increases the chances of these continuing into adulthood.

On the June 16th I will be competing in Ironman Austria. 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a marathon to round it off.

We are very lucky to have Weydon as our local school, and I want to support the PE department by raising money for new sports equipment and continuing its work to give every child the best potential start. Please give generously. Thanks, Ed
