This summer I am involved in a group trip from our Church (Church on the Way, Idle, Bradford) to the African country of Uganda. While over there we are going to be leading a children’s club for children less fortunate than ourselves in poverty stricken areas with many different food, hygiene and family needs.
We will be working along side a small non profit organisation called Action For Children and Young People who work so hard at reaching the community around them to bring hope, love and essential supplies.
We will be staying within a school/orphanage called Mother Janet's where we will also be helping out in the orphanage.
Before the visit we are hoping to raise money to go towards financing the trip as well as practical equipment that we will need to take over there. Thank you in advance for your donation and please know that it is very much appreciated.
