A group of friends and myself will be collecting and buying essentials for the homeless this winter. We need money for warm clothes, socks, gloves, sanitary items etc. I've lived in Bristol for just over a year and the ammount of people I see sleeping on the street in the freezing weather is heartbreaking. It's especially bad when it rains as many people don't even have a change of socks when they get wet. Please help by donating anything you can even if it's just £1. Many people will just walk past a homeless person in the street who is begging for change because they fear their money will be going to something distructive but this money will be going to buying essentials to make sure people stay warm and well this winter.
