Weʼve raised £505 to help some of the poorest children in the world as I have been selected to volunteer in Malawi with the Betty Cunningham Trust in October.
- Funded on Thursday, 30th August 2018

Story
I applied through the school and was interviewed and was fortunate enough to be one of 24 people to be selected out of nearly 80 people from East Renfrewshire schools who applied.
I am looking forward to this challenge which is totally outwith my comfort zone but I am hopeful that I can make a slight difference to the lives of the children in this area. I appreciate how fortunate I am and would like to learn how other communities work in less fortunate areas.
More information on the Betty Cunningham Trust and what they do can be found on their website http://www.bettycunninghaminternationaltrust.co.uk/
Thank you so much if you are able to donate, I really appreciate it. Eilidh xxx
