Eirys has now been selected to fight with TEAM GB in TURKEY at the end of August. She is really excited to be taking on her first international competition. As I have stated before currently there is no funding for the sport and I would like to be able to allow her to compete both nationally and internationally. Any monies raised will go towards entry fees, accommodation and travel costs.

2023 European Championships

My daughter Eirys is 8 and loves kickboxing. She trains twice a week at her local club and has been selected to attend training with Team GB. Eirys would like to attend competitions both nationally and internationally and hopefully will be representing Team GB at the European Championships in Turkey later this year. The Olympic committee which have just recognised Kickboxing as an Olympic sport, will not fund the competitors as they are not within the Olympic cycle.

Turkey is set to cost in the region of £1800.00 for flights and accommodation. her kit which she needs both red and blue cost around £200.00 per set.

Any monies raised will go towards paying for flights, accommodation between national and international events and her never ending kit list.
