Story
At last I'm going to be fulfilling one of my lifetime ambitions, to use my nursing skills offering aid in the third world. I'll be spending 2 weeks in Kenya working in Msambweni Hospital.
To support this I'm taking myself right out of my comfort zone and signed up to the Thoresby 10k run in October. If you know anything about me you know I don't do sport and can't remember the last time I ran let alone owned a pair of trainers.
I hope you may be able to get behind me on this one and support me!
