Please help!

I will be going to Kenya in November and working in Msambweni hospital. This is my first opportunity to use my skills as a nurse to give something back somewhere where they are most needed. I'm going out of my comfort zone of our well equipped NHS quite to what I'm not sure (but I'll most definitely share when I return).

So I've signed myself up to do a run in October, my first ever. I've suffered an ankle injury in training and been having physio but I'm going to do it regardless and it will probably end up being more of a walk than a run but hey it's not about time and speed for me it's about doing something to achieve something else, something that will have a great impact on others less fortunate and just finishing.

So please spare a little change, spread a little love and feel a little better.
