Story

Lauren Mercer , Kate Taylor & I am raising £500 for The Fire Engine Pull

🚒 Teamgirls are Taking Part in the Fire Engine Pull! 🚒

On 3rd May 2026, we will be taking part in the 17th Fire Engine Pull, finishing at The Cambridgeshire Hunter car park in St Neots, to raise money for Burn Camps Charity.

Burn Camps Charity organises residential camps and day events for young burn survivors, giving them the chance to build confidence, make friends and simply enjoy being kids. The charity is run entirely by volunteers, receives no government funding, and every penny donated goes directly towards running these camps and events.

Childhood is short enough, and every child deserves the opportunity to enjoy it. 💙

If you’re able to support us, we would really appreciate any donation — no matter how small. Your support will help make a real difference to these amazing young people.

We welcome back the 17th Fire engine pull which will end at The Cambridgeshire Hunter car park in St.Neots, Cambs

Burn Camps Charity was established to fund and organize residential camps and day events for young burns survivors, regardless of severity of burn, ethnic or religious background.

The charity is run purely on a voluntary basis and all funding received by the charity goes towards organising and running the camps and day events. We receive no government funding and no member or volunteer is paid a wage. So you can be assured that every penny that is donated goes to where it was intended to go.

Our childhood is short enough and every child should have the opportunity to enjoy these years.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, I will withdraw funds directly. It's the most efficient way to donate and saves time and costs.
