I have signed up for the Supernova 5k run at the Kelpies on the 10th of November. I haven't done any proper exercise in over 20 years so have started the Couch to 5k app. I am using the run to raise money for Falkirk Football Community Foundation who inspired me to get exercising with their Football Fans in Training programme.
