This little guys is an absolute trooper please read his story and give generously.

We have a target of £25000 that we are trying to reach to get him to America to have intensive physical and feeding therapy at the NAPA Centre. They have specialists in techniques that are not available in the UK including CME, Neurosuit and Vital Stim. We also are working towards him, having cutting edge stem cell therapy at the Duke University in South Carolina.

Samuel’s story:

Samuel was born full term, but got into difficulty during labour (the reason for this is unclear). He was delivered by emergency section lifeless with a slow feint heart rate that stopped immediately. He was white and floppy. It took 24 minutes for the team to resuscitate his heart. He suffered serious global brain damage as he was starved of blood and oxygen during resuscitation. He has been diagnosed with Quadriplegic Spastic Cerebral Palsy and was predicted never to sit or walk. With lots of hard work he had learned to sit, and craw and pull to stand. With the therapy we want to give him, we believe that he will walk one day and be able to experience the world in a more involved way.
