🏃 I am running the Newport Marathon in May 2019, My first EVER marathon, & probably my last too, and thought it best if I was going to start training for a Marathon then It would be best to do it for a great cause.

1st aid Services (Wales) who provide first aid training to people in Wales & also provide vital first aid to people needing it at events, so need donations to help buy life saving equipment.

It would mean so much to myself and this deserving company if you can support me on my training journey and help donate towards them.
