As most people know myself and Brian had a beautiful baby boy in April 2018. He was the best gift that we could of asked for, however he came 15weeks early, and was very poorly. Unfortunately our little man passed away very peacefully a week later in his mammy and daddys arms.

From the midwives, to the consultants, to the nurses and everyone who was involved with us over that short period of time, they where absolutely fantastic! We would not of had our wee man for the week that we did, without the help from all these professionals.. Our hats really do come off for them!

My sister, brother and friend are all running the Belfast half marathon now in September, and they have kindly and bravely decided that they would like to raise money for the neonatal units in both Derry and Belfast.. myself and brian will be there to cheer them on throughout the run and hopefully we will raise enough money that we can donate some money in the memory of our son and hopefully they will be able to make a purchase of a piece of lifesaving equipment or something for the family rooms which we spent alot of out days in!

So we are asking for any donation no matter how small for this great cause, and help us to help two fantastic teams to continue to make a difficult time for all involved that little bit easier.
