We are aiming to raise money for Rock of Joy - a Wirral based charity that helps with education, health and community projects in Uganda. Currently they are trying to raise money for flushing toilets (after 3 weeks in India I can appreciate how exciting these are to see 😳🚽).

They have an adult team and a youth team - both of which go to Uganda every 2 years and support the local community - giving and gaining so much.

I am running the Liverpool rock n roll half marathon (it has been a while since the last Great North Run!! ) please feel free to donate, offer some running advice or come and support on the day if your in Liverpool.
