Story
My 11 year old daughter Kelis is a Rhythmic Gymnast and a member of Stockport Rhythmic Gymnastic Club, she has been identified by High Performance/International coach Marion Sands )has said kelis having a natural ability for the sport which could result in her performing at British Championships/ International competitions.
This incurs many financial challenges and as Kelis is one of six children we are going to find this almost impossible as we survive on a very low income. It breaks my heart to think my daughter will be unable to fulfil her potential because I as her mother cannot afford to support her.
Yearly costs include :-
● Monthly training fees
● British Gymnastics Insurance
● Purchase of apparatus
● Purchase of club uniform
● Competition entry fees
● Competition leotards
● Substantial travel costs
Listening to the assessment of her personal coaches Kelis has not only the potential but also the determination to achieve her dreams of becoming a champion.
We have to travel a minimum of four times a week to training often having to travel on a round trip of six buses whatever the weather. Kelis has the support of all her family who make many sacrifices to help to make her dreams come true.
Kelis faces many negative challenges in the area where we live but with your support and Kelis’ dedication I think it would be a positive step to her future success .
I am asking that you look at this request for the maximum sponsorship/support that you are able to offer my daughter Kelis to enable her to follow her pathway to achieve her full potential.
Quotes from Kelis
