I am raising funds for the Foundation for LBQGNC Refugees (FLBQR) a female-led organization in Nairobi, Kenya, that supports LBQ refugees and asylum seekers.

FLBQR through a peer-to-peer approach advocates for sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) of displaced LBQ persons. The organization creates safe, dignified spaces for those who have fled violence and discrimination, helping them rebuild their lives with hope and confidence.

Having personally benefited from FLBQR’s programs, I’ve witnessed the impact first-hand from empowering women to speak out against GBV to helping refugee women reclaim their dignity and autonomy.

Through this fundraiser, we’re providing Hygiene and Dignity Packs essential care items for new arrivals and refugees who cannot afford them.

Packs include: Sanitary pads, Soap, Vaseline, Vests, Underwear, Toothpaste, and a Toothbrush.

I recently completed the 2025 Edinburgh Women’s 10K to support this cause. Your contribution will help FLBQR continue improving menstrual hygiene, health, and dignity for refugees in Nairobi.
