Story

My brother is Conan Meadows, hes 17 years old. He was born having siezures which left him with abnormalities to his brain which then progressed into him not being able to do anything for himself. Hes had to have half of his brain disconnected due to the amonut of siezures he was having , if he didnt have this done he would have died . He has been left with hydrocephalis and Other disabilities which has affected his life . He relys on my mum and step dad and his siblings to help look after him hes a big boy and is now really heavy to push around . My mum and step dad have recently took him on holiday to Cornwall and they were restricted to what they could do with him on holiday as they found it hard to push him around because of his weight and the weight of his chair. They've enquired about getting a motor for my brothers chair but have been told they are to get the funds theirselves however they don't have the money to pay for it. It would really help not only my mum and step dad but it would benefit my brother too. At the moment hes restricted to where he can go and what he can do, this motor would change that. Conan loves the out doors and going on little adventures but as hes getting bigger he can no longer go half the places he could before. The price of the motor is £1200 it would mean the world to our family to finally be able to take him anywhere we like and see him live his life to the full of what he can.
