Ellen Lucy Day 2001 - 2022

Last year our amazingly beautiful daughter and sister Ellen, sadly took her own life. In her memory and to raise money, we will be running the London and Brighton marathons and climbing Ben Nevis.

Ellen was devoted to helping other people less fortunate than herself, and she was a big supporter of the charity Surfability, an amazing group that provides surfing lessons and experiences for people with additional needs due to disability, illness, injury or learning difficulties.

To raise some much needed cash we are signed up for the Brighton marathon, followed by the London marathon and then a climb up Ben Nevis. Any contributions, however small are hugely appreciated, and the money raised will go towards the training of young women, who couldn’t normally afford it, in providing adaptive surfing experiences.
