Story
I care strongly about what the charity 'The Little Princess Trust' strives to achieve, because I believe no child should feel self conscious about the challenges cancer throws at them. For most people, hair is something that is taken for granted, but little girls who have lost their hair due to a battle in cancer deserve to feel beautiful. Therefore, with a lot of thought, I have decided to donate 8 inches of my hair this Saturday to the Little Princess Trust. For those of you who know me, you'll know it's taken years for me to grow my hair, and it is very important to me, so to di this is quite daunting, although rewarding. Furthermore, this summer myself and my ranger group are venturing out to India, to visit the world guiding center in Sangam, support and contribute to ongoing community projects and visit elephant sancturies. To make this trip possible, alot of fundraising effort is required. Therefore, the charity will recieve my hair to make a wig of real hair for one of their princesses, and any money would be greatly appreciated to help us get to India! Thank you in advance.
