A couple of months ago my grandma was diagnosed with dementia. It is early onset but you can see the stress it is putting on her. My grandad wants to take her to the place they went on their first holiday together to remind her that they started together and that is exactly how they are going to finish. He is not very wealthy so I wanted to do this to surprise them. I understand it is a big ask but it is worth a shot.
