Hi, I'm Ellie and I'm 14 years old. I went to Fingringhoe Primary School with a boy named Dylan Coward. We are now both at TLA in Colchester. In late 2017 Dylan thought he had a cold but when he went to the doctors he found out he had meningitis. He has been staying in Adenbrookes Hospital since December, has now been moved to Tadworth Rehab Unit and hasn’t returned home yet. For Christmas, Dylan wanted an Xbox, so as a school at TLA we have been doing fundraisers to buy him a Xbox. I also want to do my part and raise money so that his family can make their house wheelchair accessible for Dylan’s arrival home.

I have decided that I will do a 2 kilometre open water swim on the 7th July 2018. I can swim, but in reality I don't swim from one year to the next. I am asking for sponsor money so that i can help Dylan and his family. Thank you x
