Story
Elliot Nash and Will Gray will be taking part in the Hyrox competition in Birmingham on October 27th, 2026. Although we both love sports, especially rugby, this is our first ever Hyrox challenge so thought we would do it for a good cause.
We are raising money for the We Are One charity that is based in Cornwall, which supports mental health in sport by working together with trusted mental health charities and local rugby clubs in Cornwall.
Mental health impacts millions of people annually, and charities like this help bring people together through sporting events.
All of the money raised will go directly to the charity.
