Elmton, a tiny village in Derbyshire has been selected as one of only 76 communities in the UK for this prestigious competition. As winner of the ‘Best Small Village in the East Midlands’ for the past three years, Elmton is by far the smallest settlement in a competition that includes much larger villages, towns and cities. With only 45 properties and 64 residents it a great honour to have been selected.
