Story
Hello Everyone,
Thank you for taking some time out to read my story. The picture of the young girl you can see is my baby sister. She lived in America and worked as a Carer. I have not seen my sister for many years but we often speak on the phone. Everything was going great for her until the patient she was caring for passed away. She was looking for another job but you know how it is ….not the easiest of task. I was sending her money to pay the rent and have something to live on. I wasn’t doing very well in a low paid job but at least I was doing better than my sister so it was not questionable for me to help her. Then I lost my job but I still send her money from my savings until it was all dried up. My sister decided that she will come back to England to live and work because it is hard to live in America and she has no family there.
I was contacted by the police on the 16th of August 2009 who informed me that my sister have taken ill and has been admitted to Winchester Hospital in White plain New York. The police then informed me that it is serious and gave me the number of the hospital in America to call.
How quickly your life can change, the doctors kept her alive until 2017 all this time I was living on hopes and miracles because the doctors said she was young and strong and might be able to pull through.
Sadly my sister passed away a couple of days ago (1st of August 2017) and she is being kept on ice in America until I can collect her body.
This is where I am pleading for help from everyone and anyone.
PLEASE HELP ME to raise £17,000/ £18,000 to bring my sister body back to England and arrange her funeral. I would like to bury her next to our mother and father so she will not be lonely and I would like to visit her grave and bring her flowers and speak with her like we always did since we were children. Every penny that is contributed will go straight to Andrew Sanderson Funeral Director at 56 Merridale Street Wolverhampton WV3 ORE.
