Story
Elsies cafe is fighting against food waste in Northampton. Part of the Real junk Food Project, Elsies is rescuing quality food destined for landfill and making beautiful meals for the community on a "Pay as you feel" basis.
Elsies runs solely on donations and fundraisers like this really help keep our project alive. There as so many volunteers who donate their time and energy to keep Elsies running and we are so very thankful.
Elsies stops food waste by rescuing food from local supermarkets and independent shops all over Northampton. By doing this we aim to teach supermarkets about waste and how they can prevent it.
so here we are! We have a fantastic team of 5 volunteers doing the Colour Rush! We are not the fittest, fastest or the most energetic group of people but we want to make a change and help Elsies grow - thats why we need your help!
Please donate all you can to help us end the war on food waste one dish at a time....
