Story
After many years of consideration I would love to start my own family, BUT, due to my sexual preferences and being single the NHS will not fund donor insemination, therefore I have to try to find the money myself.
If I had been living with a partner for two years then it would have been funded by the NHS, but because Im independant this will not be the case.
The money will be spent on 3 cycles of natural insemination and 3 cycles of stimulated insemination. There is a 40% chance of success so the liklihood of needing all 6 cycles is high.
If I am lucky enough to raise the full amount and to fall pregnant on one of the first cycles, then any leftover money will be donated to the special care baby unit or similar unit at my local hospital which will be documented on here too.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
