I've raised £4290 to community Project in Peru

I'm going to Peru for 4 weeks with camp international. I'll have the opportunity to help the local communities by building kitchens and dining rooms in nearby schools, water supply for the villages, building greenhouses, and toilets in local homes to improve health and hygiene problems. As 50% of rural communities live below the poverty line, there's a lack of education and poor vegetable growing conditions which contribute to the malnutrition problems in the highlands. I'll get to experience the local communities and learn their culture and finally undertake the ultimate challenge of a 5 day trek along the Salkantay Trail to the sacred ancient ruins of Machu Picchu. I'm doing this because I want to make a change and help people who don't have warm, fresh watered homes to go to. While helping others this experience will also help me, I'll have the chance to build up my CV with unique skills and experiences that will set me apart from the rest of the crowd, I'll improve my teamwork, leadership skills and communication skills while helping me to build my confidence.
