Story

I've been fundraising for Homeopathy for Health in Africa for some time and on reading their Christmas newsletter am aware they need more funds to continue their lifesaving work. The organisation is close to my heart, seeing amazing things with homeopathy happen daily - and, for whatever reason, I feel like a bit of my heart belongs in Africa, falling in love with Tanzania on a trip 16 years ago. So, as one of my to do before my 40th birthday goals was to shave my head, I've decided to do them together... fundraise and shave! If every one of my Facebook friends gave me £1, we'd have £1000 which would be phenomenal! Or to go without a coffee for the day (yeah I know, that old one...) and donate the money to this cause...? So please? It's going to be cold with no hair - help make it toasty in my heart?

UPDATE: My partner Steve decided he'd support the project and me and is now joining in too. So two number ones coming up :) We've a friend with a barber's shop so are rocking up there on the 31st December to fulfil our challenge. Abby, who's a friend and student homeopath (who, by the way I fully blame on pushing this target higher and higher - her belief in us is inspiring), has suggested a Facebook live of the big shave. So let's see, that may be coming up too.

Thank you for all your support. I was really hoping for £1k, Steve thought we could get £2k and so we're aiming for it now! Here's hoping we can give a big boost to HHA to start 2020 in a great way.
