My name is Michelle and I have had epilepsy for just sort of 26 years, since the age of 9. Obviously in this time new developments have been made and a bracelet which can tell when seizure is going to happen or when it is happening due to changes in the skin, tempreture and fast movement is now avalible. This bracelet can inform three selected people that I have chosen and let them know I am having a seizure, as you can imagine coming round from one on your own or the freezer isle in a supermarket with strangers can be confusing and scary. Due to the many sezuires and different types over the years and like most epileptics my memory is poor so when attending a appointment with my neurologist (aka brain doctor) it is important to give her a detailed report but I forget to keep track plus I do not know how long the sezuire goes on for and can not give her anymore information other than I had one, unless a family member comes with me and has recently whitnessed one. The embrace would do this for me and give a clearer picture. I have also recently had two sezuire's in my sleep which is new for me which has driven me to seek something as a alert system.
