I've raised £21000 to help fund specialist feeding intervention for our son Oliver.

My son Oliver was born with heart defects and struggled to feed from 2 months old. Since then even after surgery he still struggles. We've been in contact with a physiologist who will give him intensive tube weaning treatment which will teach him to feed so that he will no longer require a tube. We are raising money to help pay for this.
Having the tube causes so many problems for Oliver. He gets terrible sores on his cheeks from the tape, it's so painful for him when it needs to be changed. He's constantly sick and gagging on any food and liquids that goes in his mouth, because the tube tickles the back of his throat and causes a over exaggerated gag reflex. Imagine holding your child down to have the tube shoved back down and listening to they're piercing scream, Not to mention being at high rick of infection.
This treatment will be life changing for Oliver. It will mean he will be able to live a normal life of a 14month old and not be hocked up to a feeding pump most of the day. He will be less sick, he won't get sore cheeks. He will be free.
So please wether big or small every little counts.
