Story

Steve is our rescued little companion. He's recently turned 5 years of age and is one of the most loving & loyal dogs I have been fortunate enough to know and call mine. Steve started having seizures a couple of years ago and we were advised by a vet he had neurological problems and would never get better so in his best interests, put him to sleep. We were reluctant and Steve made a full recovery. A couple of weeks ago, Steve went into static epileptis to the point we thought we would have to say our goodbyes! Luckily, we managed to save this little dude again. Following on from this, Steve is now taking medication and is undergoing regular tests to ensure he is responding well to treatment although despite the vet informing us it is more than likely epilepsy causing the seizures they have also said there is a possibility that he may have a mass on the brain which could be causing the seizures instead and the only way to identify this is by having an MRI scan. Due to continued treatment and regular visits to the vets, I am asking if anyone is in a position to help us so we can find out whether Steve indeed has epilepsy or a mass, we would be forever grateful to anyone who is able to donate.
