I am taking part in my first Great North Run to raise funds for Elemental Occupational Therapy in memory of my family friend Fraser Tait.

Elemental Occupational Therapy specialise in a nature based bereavement support directed towards families and especially those with young children and have been a massive help to Fraser’s wife Jenna and his two little girls Hallie and Emmie.

They have lost their funding from the national lottery and this is something the council don’t fund, there is little to no support for young children and families out there and especially not of this kind and quality so they are raising funds to keep this fantastic service available to whoever unfortunately needs it
