Last year we raised £2,000 for Mind by running 5k -10k. This year we will be running again, but instead we want to raise money to directly help our patients. We work within a mental health hospital, and everyday we meet people in crisis who are struggling to cope with their lives. Our patients can be the most vulnerable people in society - everday we endeavour to help them in any way we can. The constraints of finance in the NHS, can however at times reduce our creativity and the opportunity to go above and beyond for our patients. We want to raise money to create a brighter, lighter ward environment; more facilities and access to technology like Ipads, or individual radios, or day trips for patients and staff to improve wellbeing.

We appreciate any donation that is provided to us and we promise it will directly make a difference to our patients and their experience in hospital.

We also promise we will make across the finish line any way we can.... waddle, skip and jump!
