My Grandma Elizabeth Mae Walker (known as Lizzie to friends and family) passed away this morning at 3:16am , she was 91 years old. She died from breast cancer, and she faced a tough fight for a sweet lady that always saw the best in people whatever their actions. Lizzie survived 2 world wars and an abusive husband and late life poverty, due to Reginald leaving Lizzie on her own in her late 70's. She never had any life insurance, and as a result she died penniless. As her only living relative its been left to me to try and raise the funds and give my loving Grandma the burial and service she deserves.
