I've raised £350 to to buy my daughter a pair of specially made glasses for colour blindness

My daughter Emily is 14 Years old and she is colour blind. She has Protanopia which is red-green colour deficiency. It is extremely rare in girls, so much so that the optitian laughed at me when i mentioned it! It is also unusual as its normally inherited yet no one else in our family has it. Only 0.02 % of the female population are diagnosed with Protanopia. I know its not a life threatening illness but it could be life changing with regards to Emily's career choices. for example, She is taking tripple science in school and will struggle with colours in her course work. We have found and reviewed a reputable company who now produce glasses for colour blindness but they are expensive at £350 a Pair! Ideally she would need an indoor and outdoor pair as obviously light affects how we perceive colours, but for the moment i would be over the moon to get her an indoor pair for school work. I would love one day for my little girl to be able to see the world as brightly as we see it, to experience the true colours of a rainbow and to see the beautiful reds in a sunset. Thankyou all for reading my story :)
