Emily Charlotte Styles was 19 years old when Meningitis B ravaged her brain and left her unconscious and then took her life...within 6 hours...on New Year's Day 2014.
Emily loved life; she found joy in the little things in life, was passionate about children and their education and had planned a life including university and then helping others by becoming a primary school teacher---Meningitis stole this from her.

To create a positive legacy in Memory of Emily, her mum, Julia, has set up the *Emily Styles Memorial Foundation* which campaigns for Awareness of Meningitis and funds projects in memory of Emily.

For 7216 days Emily was on Earth, smiling and caring for others.

The ESMF is trying to raise £1 for every day of Emily's short life to fund projects and awareness in her name and to support her younger sister as she goes on in life without her.
