On 22nd September employees from Fraser Brown Solicitors are going to be doing a sponsored walk/run/cycle relay from Nottingham castle to Lincoln castle to raise money for two charities, Autism East Midlands and Newlife (helping disabled and terminally ill children). I am taking on two legs of the 57.5 mile challenge - a 6.5 mile run (just over 10km) followed by a 30 mile bike ride.
