A very close friend of mine lost her husband so suddenly on 20th May. Dean, who has already beaten cancer twice, was rushed into hospital on wednesday morning after suffering with his heart. His aortic valve had torn. Doctors performed open heart surgery on him for 12 hours and then he was placed into intensive care. Sadly he lost his fight on Thursday morning with his wife, Sam, by his side. He leaves behind 3 beautiful daughters. He was only 33 years old. I wanted to try and raise some money for Sam and the girls for anything they need at this devastating time. Please help if you can. Even if you dont know them.
