Georgina lives in the UK with her youngest daughter Grace, her eldest two children live in South Africa with their father through no fault of her own.

As you can imagine, especially as a mother, every day is heart-breaking for her – this is not without having to hide her emotions from Grace.

Georgina has now found herself in a position where she nor anyone around her can financially afford to travel half way across the world to see them.

I met Georgina at a coffee morning and have become good friends since then, both her family and I can see the effect this is having on her. I feel setting up this page I have nothing to lose, even if it gives her the slightest hope of seeing her children. Despite the everyday struggles she faces she is positive and really is an inspiration me.

The funds I hope to raise will go directly to Georgine to enable her to afford a return flight and accommodation.
