This Summer I have the amazing opportunity to work alongside VESA (volunteer eco students abroad) to rebuild local primary schools in the rural area of Sayaboury to teach English, basic hygiene, nutrition and much more to the children there. Teaching these children English can help give them a chance to escape the poverty cycle and ensure a brighter future for them.

Our volunteer work is also with the Elephant conservation centre for the rehabilitation of formerly domesticated elephants. This includes the physical and mental treatment of the animals. Our aim? To ensure the safety of these animals to some day release them into the wild. Your donation, little or large will make a huge difference to this local community! Many thanks for reading :)
