I've raised £500 to provide support to a young mum and her 2 boys over the coming months due to the tragic and sudden loss of her partner Luke.

We are setting up this page to support a dear friend and young mum of 2 who tragically lost her partner, Luke, father to their 1 yr old son Blu and step father to 8 year old Alfie.
Luke had been suffering with epilepsy since the age of 21 and since then had tried various medications to try and control his fits. Luke found it difficult at the beginning to come to terms with his illness and spent many days in his house afraid to go out through fear of fitting In public. He then met Kerri and for the first time in a long while decided to start to try and live a normal life again. Kerri soon got used to Luke's fits and over time knew exactly what to do when he was having one, this was so reassuring to luke. Luke and Kerri then decided to live together and moved to a bigger house where they could become a family. In June 2016 baby Blu was born and they felt their family was finally complete. Luke was a big man but very soft in nature, always smiling and loving life as a new dad to baby Blu. Blu resembles his father in so many ways and I'm sure this will give the family great comfort through such sad times.
Luke was still having fits and was up until the day he passed away. Kerri was by his side whilst the paramedics tried to save Luke's life. Sadly this was not the case and Luke passed away on the morning of Friday 11th August 2017. Luke was just 27 years old and leaves behind a son, stepson and partner. This fund is to help kerri and her boys during this terribly emotional time. Whether it us used to help fund a memorial for luke, funeral costs, or for her to take the boys out and to try and keep their lives as normal as possible over the coming months. I cannot begin to imagine what it must be like to lose your partner, husband, wife but i do know how painful grief can be, so to try and ease any pain of this tragic incident I hope financially this fund will help ease any financial burden kerri and the boys may face and it helps them get back on their feet to some kind of normality.
Thank you so much for your genoristy xxx
