When I had my first child, I had complications which meant having my womb removed but my ovaries were left and were able to keep them. I had to have an operation to save my life and to stop the bleeding as everything else they had tried just didn't work.
I was in a terrible and violent relationship at the time which I finally had the courage to leave. I then met the most amazing man who has made me the happiest girl in the world and I have been lucky enough to marry him.
Me and my husband would really love to have a baby together but because I already have a child, the NHS won't help us which came as a massive blow to us. Unfortunately, the NHS won't help us have a baby that we have wanted for a whilst now and we don't have the money to fund it on our own.
We spoke to many people about what we could do and was told we would have to go private if we wanted this baby, which as I'm sure people are aware, this means spending thousands of pounds that we just don't have.
I am trying to raise funds so that I can have IVF and it will also help allow someone we know, who has kindly offered to carry the baby for us. None of this comes cheap! We would really appreciate all the help we can get to complete our family by being able to have a baby of our own together.
Anyone, if you can help us we'd be so grateful and make us so happy to get something we want so badly together and finally have the baby of our own that we have always wanted.
