Story
Hi everyone thank you for taking the time to read my story.
What started off with just a slight limp ended up being the worst news ever for me. I took Bentley my rottie to the vets for an x-ray on his hind leg and the results were devastating. The vet showed me his x-ray and explained that he had bone cancer in his knee. It had just started so having his leg amputated was an option for us.
I went home in complete shock that my 5 year old boy had cancer. My husband and I talked about what we were going to do and decided to have his leg amputated. Unfortunately I never got round to getting him insured so it was a big financial strain on us. But I wanted to give him the best chance and make him pain free.
so a week later he had his operation to completely remove his leg.
It has been 6 weeks now and he is completely medication and pain free.
He now needs to build his muscles up so he isn't putting too much strain on his other legs. My vet has recommended that he should have hydrotherapy as this will help his muscles with out straining them at the same time.
Unfortunately we just don't have the money to pay for the sessions that he will need to help with making his life more comfortable and stress free for him. so I'm asking if anyone out there is able to make a small donation or just share his story, we will be extremely grateful for your help.
Thank you from the bottom of the heart
Emma and Bentley.

I got Bentley from the RSPCA at9mths old. He had a bad start in life & ended up there at 6mths old. I knew when I first saw him that we had a very special bond. It's killing me that I don't have the funds to give him what he needs. So I'm swallowing my pride & asking for help.
