I've decided to do something I swore I'd never do...a marathon 😬

In November last year we lost Edd Keogh, my cousin, and I said at the time I'd love to dedicate my next challenge to him and raising money for the Kernos Centre in Sudbury. This centre offers a wide range of councilling services including helping to support bereaved families including children, of which he had 3 with his lovely wife Katy. Navigating the grief of a parent as a child is something unimaginable to most - thankfully - but to those of us who have been through that experience it is quite often inexplicable, I'm not even sure I can put it into words 26 years later. Making a supportive and caring environment so key particularly in the immediate aftermath.

So...on the 24th October I will be running / jogging / walking the Beachy Head Marathon - an event I've attended for the 10k and half marathon the past 2 years, so now I'm back to make the set complete - with the aim to raise as much possible for this brilliant cause that's so close to my heart ❤️
