In November Roy Skelton celebrates his 80th birthday. With loved ones, he will be running the Cardiff 10K to raise money for The Cardiff based FAN charity.

The FAN Charity, addressing loneliness, is close to our hearts, bringing people together to meet, listen and talk. Roy was their Chair for a number of years, and his family are very proud of his commitment, passion and support for the charity.
