We are really lucky to be going to Zambia and the place we are staying at supports a local nursery school. The lodge originally supported a local school but then realised that education levels and social skills amongst the children could be improved in those still too young to attend government schools.

By setting up a nursery school, children under seven would have the opportunity to ‘learn through play’ in a safe environment. So Siankaba Nursery School was set up.

We are fundraising to take them the school supplies that they need with us as we have excess baggage allowance. Please donate anything you can as it all makes a difference. Thanks!
